The Leica Active Customer Care Portal is Leica ACC web-based counterpart. Offered with every level of customer care, the portal empowers site personnel by giving them the ability to lodge and track support incidents 24-7. The portal allows both parties (site personnel and Leica Geosystems staff) to maintain key, up-to-date contact records. Customers can also gain access to the latest product releases and raise product-related questions.
